America’s Job Exchange

America’s Job Exchange, the successor to America's Job Bank is an online job search and recruiting solutions provider, connecting employers with job seekers. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of NaviSite Inc, headquartered in Andover, Massachusetts.
America’s Job Exchange was launched when the United States Department of Labor’s America’s Job Bank, hosted and managed by NaviSite since 1995, was shut down by the administration in the summer of 2007. The new site was designed as a commercial venture to continue to provide job search and recruiting solutions to several state labor departments while also providing its solutions on a national basis.
Today, America’s Job Exchange is a leading employment website, with 35,000 registered employers and over 1.5 million job seekers and more than 800,000 unique visitors each month.
The portal is headed by the Company’s President Rathin Sinha who was also the Chief Marketing Officer at NaviSite., America's Job Exchange's parent company.
